House Rules of d'Abreu Neto
Please read the Casa d'Abreu Neto Rules carefully, as it is a mandatory condition to agree and accept before making the reservation.
The house has a high patrimonial and sentimental value, belonging to the d'Abreu Neto family.
It is a combination of Architecture, Art, Stories and Experiences, attracting lovers of authenticity.
It is decorated with contemporary and period furniture, designer pieces, lamps, works of art and books.
A great deal of personal and financial effort has been made to restore, maintain and safeguard the House to keep it authentic and original, now and in the future.
Visitors and guests are expected to use it responsibly, sensibly and carefully.
You can choose to stay overnight, hold an event or simply take a guided tour.

- Durante a sua estadia será responsável por danos causados ao imóvel e/ou aos seus bens.
- Deve usar a Casa exclusivamente para a finalidade acordada.
- Terá acesso durante a sua estadia a códigos pessoais e intransmissíveis da porta da entrada e do sistema de alarme, para sua proteção, dos seus pertences e da Casa.
- Tenha em atenção sempre que sair, feche janelas e portas.
- Houve a preocupação do Arq. Álvaro Siza, na atual requalificação do imóvel, no melhoramento do isolamento térmico e acústico. No entanto, e tendo em conta a busca da originalidade e cariz da Casa podem estas exigências estarem aquém dos padrões exigidos atualmente.
- Para sua segurança e conforto à noite feche as persianas.
- Respeite o período de silêncio entre as 22 e as 7 horas.
- Crianças são bem-vindas, desde que supervisionadas por adultos responsáveis.
- Imóvel com limitações a pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
- Não são permitidos animais de estimação.
- Disponível Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, Sistema de som, Jogos de laser, livros.
- No interior a Casa vai encontrar Obras de Arte e livros de grande valor patrimonial, arquitetónico e sentimental. Trate-os com respeito e dignidade de forma a serem utilizados por si e por outros.
- Seja extremamente cuidadoso com as paredes, pavimentos, madeiras, pedras naturais, móveis, luminárias e louças sanitárias. Alguns são originais, outros em materiais sensíveis.
- A Casa está devidamente equipada para que possa preparar as suas refeições (eletrodomésticos, utensílios e condimentos).​​
- The house has a fully equipped laundry room so you can take care of your personal clothes.
- All garden furniture must be packed and stored overnight and whenever you leave the house.
- Be careful with foods and drinks that can stain and damage fabrics, leather and natural flooring.
- Do not leave food and/or drinks to spoil inside and/or outside the refrigerator.
- Separate your waste and dispose of it frequently in the designated municipal containers, thus avoiding bad smells and pests.
- The house is cleaned and sanitized after check-out. If you request extra cleaning, this will be charged separately.
- The capture of images and videos for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited.
- Smoking and fires, including lighting candles, are prohibited inside the House.
- It is forbidden to make fire in the Garden.
- Parties and/or external guests are not permitted during your stay.
- For safety reasons, charging of electric cars is not permitted.
- The house has a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit.
- In case of accident or fire, call 112 immediately.
- If you notice any irregularities in the House or Garden during your stay, report them immediately.
- Failure to comply with the House Rules may result in deductions from the deposit as well as additional costs.
- In case of serious violation of the Rules described, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay without the right to any refund.
- In everything that is omitted herein, the legal provisions applied to Portuguese Law shall apply.
